u can't beet an OPEN BAR from 10: - 11:pm & 2 for 1 DRINKS from 11:pm - MIDNIGHT... it's on.
NEW YORKERS have the greatest advantage over everyone & i ain't talking about the drink specials either. i'm saying there are parties practically everyday of the week for HALLOWEEN.
